Lebau Renovation
This home was built in the late 1880’s and great care was taken to blend the renovation into the existing character of the house. The homeowners wanted to update their kitchen and family room, but also connect the house to their detached garage, and expand into the space created by this addition. The expanded space includes a new laundry room complete with a dog wash. The master bedroom and bath were renovated at the same time. The additional square footage of the family room addition provided support for a rooftop patio off of the new master suite. This new patio features a wood burning fireplace and outdoor shower. Great care was taken to recreate and match existing moldings and the original clapboard exterior.
