Feifer House
This award winning National Green Building Standard Bronze level home is beautifully located on over three acres of land in Frederick County. The Feifer’s contracted Zahler Construction to represent them in the purchase of the home site, design of the house and property, selection of the materials and we are now assisting them in their interior design needs. We paid particular attention to the position of the home in order to take advantage of the tremendous mountain and city views. This 5 bedroom home has 4 full bathrooms and two half bathrooms, a gorgeous kitchen, craft room, morning room, fireplaces, owner’s suite, moldings and doors that all take advantage of 10 foot first floor ceilings and the majestic site. The hardwood and tile appointments are simply stunning. We also created a basement recreation room with a bar, and there is a room with 12 foot ceilings to accomodate a golf net for the homeowners!
