These Montgomery County, Maryland homeowners had outgrown their house but were fond of their neighborhood. There were several design features of the existing home that they loved, most notably the brickwork. The original home was torn down, and a new home constructed. Matching brick was utilized, and we provided this family with a modern and efficient home that more than met their needs. Using the original home as inspiration for design features allowed the new construction to blend seamlessly into an established neighborhood. This home was built to the National Green Building Bronze Standard.
