TJ View Professional Center is a commercial medical and professional office condominium project located on an infill piece of land in the City of Frederick. Zahler Construction and Development took this project through the development process and entitled it for 3 separate single story office buildings totaling 75,000 square feet. These building will offer a number of suites tailored to medical professionals, with offices from 2,000 to 25,000 square feet.
