2011 Green Partner Award

We are proud to announce that the Maryland Green Building Council has been awarded the 2011 Green Partner award from the NAHB Research Center. We have been recognized for our leadership and commitment promoting the National Green Building Standard ICC 700 to builders, developers, remodelers, government officials, and local housing organizations; for our promotion of high performance building practices and products to our members and associates; and for raising industry awareness of the benefits of certified green, high performance homes and apartments. We are achieving market transformation through a voluntary, above code certification program. William Zahler is the Co-Chair of the Maryland Green Building Council.
