HomeGoods Westminster MD – Zahler Construction & Development, LLC has completed a brand new HomeGoods store in the Carroll Plaza Shopping Center located in Westminster MD this past week. The#HomeGoods and other shopping center improvements were completed in 10 weeks, just in time for the fall grand opening scheduled for November 9th!
