Zahler Construction Wins 2011 MAX Award

The Home Builders Association of Maryland honored Zahler Construction with their 2011 MAX Award for Excellence in the Private Residence Category. The MAX program recognizes home builders who provide buyers with excellence in design, livability and value. We earned a Bronze Award for our National Green Building Standard Certified home in Frederick, Maryland.
Carroll Plaza Shopping Center Construction

We recently began a renovation of the Carroll Plaza Shopping Center located in Westminster, Maryland. The renovation of over 10,000 sq. ft. of retail space will provide room for new businesses, including an H&R Block, hair salon, and a new restaurant.
